After years of working alongside his father in the coffee fields, Miguel developed a deep love for the process of growing coffee and dreamed of starting his own journey. His brother Alexander shared that same passion and brought with him valuable experience in business management.
Originally from El Salvador—where coffee is cultivated and processed from seedling to roasted bean—Miguel and Alexander decided in 2022 to combine their skills and start a coffee business together, quite literally from the ground up.
One day, while testing and grinding coffee in Alexander’s kitchen, Miguel’s wife, took a sip and exclaimed, “That’s pure. Pure coffee.” And just like that, the name was born.
